Step-by-Step Process for Returns and Exchanges

Returning or exchanging a product with Ergomouse is easy. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Initiate Return or Exchange:

    • Contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through our Gorgias Live Chat to initiate the return or exchange. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:

    • Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Prepare the Item:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the order. Ensure the package is sealed properly.
  4. Include RMA Number:

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
  5. Ship the Package:

    • Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
  6. Exchange Process:

    • If you are exchanging an item, our support team will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
